Preheat oven or smoker to 250F
Slice your slab of bacon in half then wrap one half-slice around an Oreo cookie, being careful to leave the seam on the bottom so they cook without unwrapping
Liberally season with Queen Bee Honey BBQ seasoning
Place in smoker at 225F for 25 minutes
Increase temperature to 400 for 8-10 minutes until bacon is dark amber color, but not burning
Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes minimum before serving
