Slice a whole dill pickle into roughly 3/4” slices
Wrap each pickle chip in a piece of regular cut bacon that’s been cut to size
Cover liberally in your favorite sweet BBQ rub
Set your grill/smoker to 400F and cook until the bacon is crispy- roughly 30-40 mins
Remove and add to an aluminum pan with 4TBSP Butter, 1/2C brown sugar, and enough BBQ sauce to cover
Put back into smoker for about 15 mins
