Preheat oven to 450F
Prepare your frying station: 1 bowl each for the egg, flour, & crushed Doritos
Dry your pickles slices on a paper towel, then toss in flour, then egg, finally coat well in the crushed Doritos. Place on a baking sheet and put into preheated oven.
