    1. Preheat your grill/oven/smoker to 350F

    2. Mix all ingredients well to combine for chicken rub

    3. Cover wings liberally in rub

    4. Place wings in your RotoQ rotisserie, or on wire rack

    5. Cook your wings until they hit 185F, and no higher than 190F

    6. Mix 50/50 mix of ranch and buffalo sauce

    7. Chop crispy bacon strips to use as garnish

    8. Remove wings from heat and add buffalo ranch and bacon
