Preheat griddle to medium heat
Start by cooking bacon, when bacon begins to crisp and its grease is on the griddle, move aside to continue cooking, and add frozen fries in the bacon grease to cook. Season fries liberally with ranch seasoning. Cook fries for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Flip them and turn regularly to make sure they don't burn
Remove bacon when crispy and set aside.
Add chicken to hot griddle in a small amount of bacon grease, butter or oil to prevent sticking. Chicken will take 5-7 minutes to cook, season well with your favorite poultry seasoning.
When all ingredients are cooked through - turn off burners of griddle and move fries to make the bed of this delicious dish.
Layer the the mozzarella, and cheddar on top of the fries, followed by the bacon and chicken. Let sit for a moment until all cheese is melted. Serve hot with ranch dressing on top.
