Preheat oven to 350F

Cook Sausage patties via your favorite way to cook, add cheese to melt on sausage while cooking - set aside and make sure all grease drains / drys from it. Use a paper towel to blot if needed.

Remove Cinnamon Rolls from package and separate, butterfly them in half and set aside

Prepare your coating mixture, add the cinnamon, sugar, salt & nutmeg to a flat plate, set aside

Once all items are ready, place the sausage / cheese inside the butterflied cinnamon roll and seal all the way around. Roll in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and place on baking sheet with ample space between each.

Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes

Optional - Glaze with cinnamon roll frosting from package.
