Cook breakfast sausage patties until cooked through and set aside
Scramble 3 eggs by combining eggs, milk and salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and beat well. Cook for 3-4 minutes over medium high heat until scrambled, ensure not to overcook them. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375F
Open biscuits and lay out on your work surface. Using a sharp knife, slice the biscuits horizontally to butterfly them open. Try to cut as evenly as possible.
Build your breakfast bombs, from the bottom up, eggs, cheese, sausage, maple syrup and cover with the top of the biscuit. Use a fork to crimp and seal the edges well so nothing leaks out while baking.
Place assembled breakfast bombs on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (if desired)
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, watching to make sure the biscuits aren't burning.
Remove and serve hot
