Prepare all ingredients in marinade and add chicken, mix well
Marinade for 4 hours - overnight
Preheat
Prep pineapple and red bell pepper
Soak Skewers in water for 10-15 minutes
Assemble skewer with chicken, pineapple, bell pepper
Season with your favorite all purpose seasoning
Mix all glaze ingredients together and place on grill over indirect heat
Place skewers on grill over direct heat, and cook until chicken slightly chars
Flip and start basting with glaze. Wait 1 minute between basting
Cook until chicken is cooked through to a minimum internal temp of 165F
