    1. Prepare all ingredients in marinade and add chicken, mix well

    2. Marinade for 4 hours - overnight

    3. Preheat

    4. Prep pineapple and red bell pepper

    5. Soak Skewers in water for 10-15 minutes

    6. Assemble skewer with chicken, pineapple, bell pepper

    7. Season with your favorite all purpose seasoning

    8. Mix all glaze ingredients together and place on grill over indirect heat

    9. Place skewers on grill over direct heat, and cook until chicken slightly chars

    10. Flip and start basting with glaze. Wait 1 minute between basting

    11. Cook until chicken is cooked through to a minimum internal temp of 165F
