    1. Mix all ingredients for burger sauce together, stirring well to incorporate, then refrigerate until ready

    Grilled Cheese "Buns" (below instructions x2)

    1. Heat up griddle to medium high and melt a liberal amount of butter
    2. Lay down a slice of white bread in the melted butter with 2 slices of American Cheese, then the top piece of bread
    3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottom has gotten golden brown without burning
    4. Flip and cook top part 
    5. Set aside when cooked.

    Smashburgers

    1. Make 1/4 pound ground beef balls
    2. Place on hot griddle and press down firmly to flatten.  Press as much as you can.
    3. Cook for 60-90 seconds per side, seasoning both sides
    4. Assemble burgers with grilled cheese on bottom, 2 patties in middle with sauce, and another grilled cheese on top
