Combine the softened cream cheese, finely chopped jalapeños, garlic-based seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Transfer the cream cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap, shaping it into a ball or log shape. Wrap the mixture tightly with the plastic wrap, ensuring it is completely covered
Add bacon coating to the outside of the cheeseball
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, overnight is fine
Remove from refrigerator, and serve with crackers
