Boil pasta according to instructions on the package
Allow to cool, by running cold water over it.
Preheat your smoker or oven to 375F
In a large bowl, combine pasta, seasonings, and olive oil, mix very well
Place seasoned pasta on a baking, try to keep to a single layer, but double is find
