    1. Add your eggs to a cold pot where they have enough room to move a little

    2. Cover with cold water and fill about an inch over the eggs

    3. Bring to a boil

    4. When the water reaches a boil, cover and remove from heat

    5. Let sit covered for 13 minutes, covered

    6. Remove from hot water and immediately place into ice bath for 10 minutes

    7. Peel eggs and enjoy!
