Preheat your oven to 350°F
Take your biscuits out of the tube. Drape each biscuit over an upside-down muffin tin, pressing them gently to form a cup shape.
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are firm and lightly golden.
Remove the biscuit cups from the oven and carefully coat them with garlic butter using a pastry brush.
Place the biscuit cups right side up in the muffin tin. Fill each cup with crumbled sausage, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, a little Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and a few mini pepperoni slices.
Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza biscuit cups from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
