Smoked Poutine Dip

    2 servings

    1. Preheat your smoker to 375°F

    2. Season Cheese Curds with Scorpion Rub, Optional but recommended

    3. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, white cheddar, sour cream, 1/2 cup beef gravy, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.

    4. Transfer the cheese mixture to a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet. Spread it evenly. Place seasoned cheese curds on top.

    5. Place the dip in the smoker for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

    6. Remove from the smoker and immediately sprinkle cheese curds evenly over the top. sprinkle crumbled bacon

    7. Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately with crispy waffle fries for dipping.
