Preheat smoker to 325F
On a wire rack lay out your bacon closely, but take care to make sure they don't overlap
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, except the bacon, to make the pumpkin spice glaze
Using a kitchen brush, add the glaze to the top of the bacon taking care to coat evenly.
Place in smoker or oven for 30-35 minutes - this will vary based on a number of factors keep an eye on it at the end to make sure the sugar isn't burning
Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes, serve immediately or store in airtight container
