Sausage Pinwheels

Unroll your sheet of defrosted puff pastry

Spread Dijon and hot honey directly on puff pastry

Lay down smoked sausage link on top of dijon and honey

Roll up sausage and pinch ends to make sure that the puff pastry remains sealed

Slice into pieces about 1-1.5 inches thick

Skewer each piece with 2 toothpicks that are in an X pattern

On a parchment lined baking sheet lay down the pinwheels and put into oven or smoker to cook.

Cook for 30-35 minutes until puff pastry is cooked all the way through
