Preheat smoker to 375F
Start by preparing your pickles, cut both ends off and slice long-ways down the middle to halve your pickle
Wrap each pickle half in a slice of bacon taking care to make sure that the ends of the bacon on the bottom of the pickle so the bacon doesn't curl up while cooking
Place in smoker and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is an amber color but not beginning to char or blacken. Brush on BBQ Sauce and close lid to let glaze for 2-3 minutes
Remove from smoker, let rest for 5 minutes and serve hot
