Stuffed Pancakes on the Griddle - Perfect Recipe

The perfect breakfast food!
Start by preheating your griddle to 375F - 400F
Mix pancake batter according to the directions on the package, and pour batter into a squeeze bottle
On a hot griddle, cook bacon until crispy and set aside
Grease a ring mold and add 2 TBSP of beaten egg mixture in, add 4-5 pieces of the crispy bacon, torn apart. Let cook for about 45-60 seconds, remove ring mold and flip. Cook for about 20-30 seconds or until done. Add American cheese slice to each one, melt and set aside.
Grease the ring mold, and add a thin layer of pancake batter to the bottom, then the bacon, egg, & cheese round. Press that down into the bottom batter slightly. Cover the top with pancake syrup until just below the top of the ring mold. Add maple syrup to taste.
Cover with a dome and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove ring mold and remove stuffed pancake from griddle.
Serve hot
